If you died tonight would you go to Heaven or hell?


From that time on Jesus began to preach, and to say, Repent; for the Kingdom of Heaven is at hand. Matthew 4:17

The Ten Commandments (Exodus 20)

 

1. Have no other gods before me.

3. Do not take the Name of the Lord in vain.
4. Remember the Sabbath.
5. Honor your father and mother.
6. Do not murder.
7. Do not commit adultery.
8. Do not steal.
9. Do not lie.
10. Do not covet.


Ye have heard that it was said by them of old time, Thou shalt not commit adultery: But I say unto you, That whosoever looketh on a woman to lust after her hath committed adultery with her already in his heart. Matthew 5:27-28

He that believeth on the Son hath everlasting life: and he that believeth not the Son shall not see life; but the wrath of God abideth on him. John 3:36


Repent - Turn from your sins

The first and last words of Jesus Christ in the Bible are "Repent" and He said it many other times to everyone; religious people, poor people, rich people, prostitutes, fishermen, men, women, young and old... everyone!

1) to change one's mind,or direction

2) to change one's mind for better, heartily to amend with a feeling of extreme repugnance or aversion; utter loathing of one's past sins...



"Repentance 'change of mind' involves a turning with contrition from sin to God; the repentant sinner is in the proper condition to accept the divine forgiveness of Jesus Christ."


There is still time, you are still alive...


As I live, saith the Lord GOD, I have no pleasure in the death of the wicked; but that the wicked turn from his way and live: turn ye, turn ye from your evil ways; for why will ye die? Ezekiel 33:11
